Neat fun stuff, great gift items for good value

HIGHLY disappointed. My co workers and I planned a going away party for our boss via Skype. We scheduled to have the flowers delivered at 11:45 via the website. The flowers were still not there by 12:15 so my coworker who made the order called at 12:15 and asked were the flowers were. My co worker was hung up on 3 times and finally when she got to someone they said that the flowers would be there in 10 minutes. The flowers were not delivered until 12:32 and what we got was horrendous. It looks like the flowers were just stuck into a mason jar. I understand that on the website it says that the arrangements may not look exactly like what is in the picture due to seasonal arrangements however there was 0 care and pride for work put into this arrangement and was NOT 65$ worth of flowers. The flowers themselves were beautiful but they were literally just cut and stuck into a plain clear mason jar. There was nothing about this arrangement that reflected the messages that we wanted to send to our amazing boss. I wish that this did not happen. I have attached a photo of what we ordered via their website and what we received. As you can see, the arrangement looks NOTHING even remotely similar to what we had ordered. It doesn't even look like a bouquet. It looks like somebody went into their backyard, cut the flowers, stuck them in a jar and said "Here".
We cannot say enough good about Erin! She did an amazing job with our wedding flowers and centerpieces. She understood our vision for the and did a phenomenal job bringing everything to life. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!!
