Just stopped by Madison Honda this past Sat. to check out a 2018 CR-V EX, and it turned out to be a wonderful deal. Our salesman is Paul Fuchs, and he's very accommodating and professional. He spent lots of time explaining the features that might be of interest to us(yes, our previous CR-V was 2010 model), and it really helped to convince us it's the right choice for our vehicle replacement. More surprisingly, the car sit in our driveway by the end of the day as Paul took care of everything needed for us to drive it home. That's just amazing. Kudos to Paul and Madison Honda.
Had a great experience at Madison Honda. Had to drop off my car for recall and service (oil change bulb replacement..). Was given a loaner because it took a few hours for my car to be ready. The service was amazing, the representatives where great with notifying me about the issues they found with my car. The loaner have me considering trading in my crv for a newer one. Overall a pleasant experience. The lot was a little tight but I would definitely recommend using Madison Honda.
My experience at Madison Honda has been excellent. I have brought my car in for servicing, even without an appointment and they have quickly taking my car given me an accurate feedback as to how long servicing would take and returning the car with everything taken care of. They explained everything they are doing and I have never had a problem with the work that they do. The staff is very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. It is a very well run operation. They also work very quickly and I have never had to wait longer than two hours to have work done.
