I've been riding for a long time. I prefer to do bike maintenance myself. But when something major comes up I won't deny that a good "Wrench" is worth his weight in gold.
The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgable, and the prices are great! I decided to get into road cycling last year and Chris helped me pick out a bike to fit my needs. Steve helped fit me onto the bike and was very knowledgable as well. They have a bunch of groups that meet throughout the week and ride which was great to get involved in and learn/improve. I have since moved to Pittsburgh, but recently purchased another bike from Hilltop when I was in the area. I highly recommend checking out Hilltop Bicycles!

Not sure many other bike shops would have even tried to do what these guys did.
I've paid $80 for their Basic Service. According to their website it should include "Clean and Polish Bicycle". When I came to pick up my bike serviceman told me that basic package includes only cleaning the frame. However, my frame was dirty and had oil stains on it. Moreover, the handlebar grips were also dirty with oil.
The Break Cable guide broke off my "Chinarello" Carbon Frame and my rear break could not work without. Not something that happens too often with a bike and it seemed like it would be the demise of my frame as finding the right part would have meant going to China. The friendly and knowledgeable mechanical crew at Hilltop Bicycles went the extra 100 miles to find a replaceable cable guide supplier and custom install the cable guide to my frame.

Paul was great to us. Came in to pick up a bike and it was the wrong color. He quickly ordered the correct one from Chicago. Got a call 2 days later and it was ready. Excellent service. Had 2 issues w the bike. Called the store and told us to bring it in and will make us a priority. Eric saw us coming and came right to us. He knew who we were and took care of the 2 issues immediately. Thank you Hilltop! We definitely will be back.
